Transport your child to and from the camp - please take careful note of times when you may drop off your child at camp and pick up your child from camp.

Please submit this form by May 1st and you will be contacted by a member of the CE Board by May 18th with our decision regarding your request for financial assistance. If approved, you will be provided with a voucher for your child’s camp fees to present upon arrival at Camp Wildwood. Have a great summer!!
